Meet Dr. Kevin Lee
Dr. Lee graduated summa cum laude from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. To further advance his clinical skills and knowledge, Dr. Lee completed the acclaimed residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Boston University as well. He’s currently a Clinical Faculty at his alma mater where he teaches and advises pre-doctoral students.
He’s passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry for all ages. Most importantly, he’s dedicated to providing honest, non-judgmental, and comprehensive care to all his patients and is committed to putting their best interest at heart. He prioritizes his patients’ needs first and is thankful to be able to do what he loves everyday. He has several family members practicing dentistry and is proud to carry on the legacy.
Dr. Lee is an avid fan of the Red Sox and would love to be a season ticket holder one day. He also loves the Premier League, Formula 1, cars, and traveling. He participates in local car community charity events as much as he can outside of work. Dr. Lee is also happily married and loves hiking on weekends with their 4 year-old black lab girl, Nari. You might see Nari at the practice from time to time!
Meet Missy, RDH
Missy has been working in the dental field since 1986 and in this office since 2001.
She began as a Dental Assistant and returned to school to become a Dental Hygienist. In 1992, she graduated with high honors from Middlesex Community College and received the Clinical Excellence Award.
Gentle, but thorough is something that will always remain an important goal. Missy always wants to provide the best dental hygiene services in a relaxed & caring environment. She strives to educate patients and provide information to reach optimal oral health together.
Missy lives in Hamilton and has 3 beautiful daughters – Stephanie, Charlotte and Felicia. She loves sports, the outdoors, sunshine, animals, and hearts. She has rescued dogs, cats and her current horse, Blue Harley.
Meet Emily, RDH
Emily is a Registered Dental Hygienist who is an honors graduate of the Forsythe School for Dental Hygiene in Boston. This is her 20th year with the practice at this location. Emily is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She regularly attends seminars and workshops to remain current in all aspects of dental hygiene practice with particular interest in how oral health relates to systemic health and wellness.
Emily and her husband Mark live in North Andover and have two beautiful children, Julia and Kyle. Emily is fitness enthusiast who enjoys spinning, muscle conditioning, and Tabata workouts. The remainder of her free time is used following and cheering on her children who are multi-sport athletes in high school and college.
Meet Katelyn, RDH
Katelyn joined the team early in 2008 and started performing front desk and dental assistant duties. She then became a dental hygienist in 2014, graduating from Middlesex Community College.
With a smile to greet every patient and always ready to share a story from her many adventures, she brings her passion and enthusiasm for periodontal therapy and patient education every day.
Outside the office, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and hitting the trails with her dog and horses. She has a great passion for travel and making memorable moments.
Meet Julia, Dental Assistant
Julia started her career at North Shore Community college in the dental assisting program. She joined our team in 2022 and brings several years of dental assisting experience. Julia is passionate about her career and says the best part of her job is watching the patients leave with a smile.
When she is not working, she loves going to Bruins games. Julia also finds immense joy in taking her two dogs out (Juicy, a 12 year old Jack Russell, and Tasha, a 7 year old Miniature Pitbull) for walks and to the dog park. On hot summer days, she takes Juicy & Tasha for a special doggy ice cream treat. Our team is excited to welcome Julia onboard.
Meet Kate, Front Desk Administrator
Kate is a 40 year veteran of dental practice management having grown up in a dental family. She was previously employed as the office manager with Metta Dental Associates under the reign of Topsfield native Dr. James Collins, DDS; and holds a degree in Business Administration from Endicott College.
Kate (or Kathleen as some of her patients know her by) has worn many hats in the dental office ranging from chairside assistant to front desk duties. She enjoys her daily interactions with patients; is sincere, thoughtful, and devoted to the well-being of everyone who walks through our door. She always has a kind word, a gentle touch, and a desire to be the best she can be. Her dental knowledge of both the clinical and business side of a successful practice is well-versed.

Meet Aurora, Front Desk Administrator
Aurora joined our team early 2023 and has settled nicely into her role as our Front Desk Administrator. The first face you see when you walk in our doors, Aurora is always ready to greet you with a smile! It’s her goal to make you and your family feel welcome here at Topsfield Smiles.
A Connecticut native, Aurora started her career working with dogs. After 11 years of training and grooming, Aurora “hung up the leash” and moved to Massachusetts with her husband, Ryan. Together, they share a beautiful daughter, Mila, and have a new baby on the way! Aurora joined our practice with several years of dental administration experience. When she’s not in the office you will most likely find her family going for long walks with their golden retriever, Hobbes, or taking day trips to visit her family in Connecticut.
Meet Nari
Nari was born in April of 2017 and is our practice’s Chief Barketing Officer. She loves doggy friends, human friends, sticks, and running around in large fields. She is especially good at hiking rocky hills like a mountain goat. When not clocked in, Nari also loves swimming, digging, and chasing her friends. She has been working on her dock diving skills for several months now. Unfortunately, she hasn’t gotten over the fear of height yet and has yet to dive. She still is optimistic that she’ll be able to do it one day! She’s very active on Instagram and actually has a much busier social life than Dr. Lee.
