Meet Dr. Kevin Lee
Dr. Lee graduated summa cum laude from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he also completed the renowned Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program to further hone his clinical skills. Dr. Lee is currently serving as Clinical Faculty at Boston University, where he teaches and mentors pre-doctoral dental students.
With a deep passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry, Dr. Lee is dedicated to providing patients of all ages with compassionate, honest, and comprehensive care. He is committed to putting his patients’ needs first, always working in their best interests and ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their dental care journey. Dr. Lee is proud to come from a family with a legacy in healthcare and he is honored to carry that tradition forward.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee is a huge Red Sox fan and hopes to be a season ticket holder one day. He’s also a big enthusiast of the Premier League, Formula 1, and has a love for cars and travel. In addition to short trips throughout New England, Dr. Lee likes to make annual trips to South Korea to visit his family in the Summer. When he’s not at the office, he and his wife enjoy hiking with their black lab, Nari – you might see Nari at the office sometimes!
Meet Missy, Dental Hygienist
Missy has been working in the dental field since 1986 and in this office since 2001.
She began as a Dental Assistant and returned to school to become a Dental Hygienist. In 1992, she graduated with high honors from Middlesex Community College and received the Clinical Excellence Award.
Gentle, but thorough is something that will always remain an important goal. Missy always wants to provide the best dental hygiene services in a relaxed & caring environment. She strives to educate patients and provide information to reach optimal oral health together.
Missy lives in Hamilton and has 3 beautiful daughters – Stephanie, Charlotte and Felicia. She loves sports, the outdoors, sunshine, animals, and hearts. She has rescued dogs, cats and her current horse, Blue Harley.
Meet Katelyn, Dental Hygienist
Katelyn joined the team early in 2008 and started performing front desk and dental assistant duties. She then became a dental hygienist in 2014, graduating from Middlesex Community College.
With a smile to greet every patient and always ready to share a story from her many adventures, she brings her passion and enthusiasm for periodontal therapy and patient education every day.
Outside the office, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and hitting the trails with her dog and horses. She has a great passion for travel and making memorable moments.
Meet Caren, Dental Hygienist
Caren’s passion for dentistry began at a young age while working as a Dental Assistant in her father’s orthodontic practice. From that early experience, she knew she wanted to become a Dental Hygienist. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working in pediatric, orthodontic, and general practices, which have deepened her commitment to providing exceptional patient care. She graduated from Westbrook College in Portland, Maine, and genuinely enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients.
Outside of work, Caren cherishes spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and their dogs. Whether lounging by the pool, camping on weekends, or enjoying family gatherings, these moments bring her great joy.
Additionally, she is passionate about the Down Syndrome community and proudly serves as a support group leader for their North Shore component. Advocating for individuals with Down Syndrome and supporting families is incredibly important to her, and she finds immense fulfillment in working with children with special needs.

Meet Julia, Dental Assistant
Julia started her career at North Shore Community college in the dental assisting program. She joined our team in 2022 and brings several years of dental assisting experience. Julia is passionate about her career and says the best part of her job is watching the patients leave with a smile.
When she is not working, she loves going to Bruins games. Julia also finds immense joy in taking her two dogs out (Juicy, a 12 year old Jack Russell, and Tasha, a 7 year old Miniature Pitbull) for walks and to the dog park. On hot summer days, she takes Juicy & Tasha for a special doggy ice cream treat.
Meet Aurora, Front Desk Administrator
Aurora joined our team early 2023 and has settled nicely into her role as our Front Desk Administrator. The first face you see when you walk in our doors, Aurora is always ready to greet you with a smile! It’s her goal to make you and your family feel welcome here at Topsfield Smiles.
A Connecticut native, Aurora started her career working with dogs. After 11 years of training and grooming, Aurora “hung up the leash” and moved to Massachusetts with her husband, Ryan. Together, they share a beautiful daughter, Mila, and new baby boy, Luca. Aurora joined our practice with several years of dental administration experience. When she’s not in the office you will most likely find her family going for long walks with their golden retriever, Hobbes, or taking day trips to visit her family in Connecticut.
Meet Nari
Queen Nari was born on April 10th, 2017 and is our practice’s Chief Barketing Officer. She loves to hike and swim and thrives in colder months like a true lab. She is especially good at hiking rocky hills like a mountain goat. Scentwork training and canine fitness classes excite her so much because she loves to use the big brain of hers. At one point in her life, she tried to train for dock diving, but never got over the fear of height. She still is optimistic that she’ll be able to do it one day! Nari is also a big foodie and needs to taste test everything that comes her way. She’s very active on Instagram and actually has a much busier social life than Dr. Lee.
