Dear Patients and Friends:

It is with mixed emotions that I inform you of some exciting news. After 32 years of a stimulating
and enjoyable practice, I have decided that I would like to spend more leisure time with my family and
explore other possibilities at this time in my life. I deeply appreciate your part in making the past 32
years personally and professionally rewarding.

Fortunately, I recently became acquainted with Dr. Kevin Lee and I realized I had met someone to
whom I could comfortably entrust the oral health care of my wonderful family of patients. Dr. Lee
graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He further
developed his education and skills by completing the acclaimed residency program of Advanced
Education in General Dentistry at Boston University as well. He has been practicing in the greater
Boston area since then and has even accepted a Clinical Lecturer position at his alma mater. His
academic credentials, his commitment to quality dental care and his deep motivation to give the very
best to his patients makes me confident you will be in excellent hands for all your dental needs.

I have chosen Dr. Lee to continue my dental practice because, in addition to his fine credentials and
background, he is gentle, meticulous, enthusiastic about his profession, and extremely well liked by his
patients. I am confident you will feel as comfortable with Dr. Lee as you are with me, and he will
continue to merit your trust and referrals of family and friends.

The success that I have had is also due in great part to the talented and dedicated staff of our office –
Heidi, Kate, Sonia, Katelyn, Melissa and Emily. Dr. Lee is extremely fortunate to be able to work with
them. As of today, Dr. Lee will be assuming the practice and I will be available to complete any cases
that I have started and to assist with the transition. Please call us if you have any questions.

Your respect and confidence have been motivational to me over the past 32 years. I have felt
tremendous gratitude and pride to think that you chose me to be your dentist. I am confident you will
give Dr. Lee the same trust and loyalty you have shown to me. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Lee into
